Principal Dance Teacher

Michelle danced at different local dance schools from the age of 4. She spent over 6 years at Deborah Lister Academy of Dance in St Helens where she realised she wanted to pursue dancing into a career. Michelle then successfully auditioned for Merseyside Dance and Drama College in 2006. Here she spent the next 3 years gaining her training in Street Dance, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Modern, National, Contempary, Ballroom, Latin, Pas de deux, Musical Theatre, Singing and Drama. She successfully completed a full time diploma in professional dance and teacher training, achieving Advanced 2 Modern, Tap and National and also Advanced 1 Ballet in ISTD examination. As well as her professional dance examinations she also gained her ISTD teaching qualification in CDE Modern, Jazz, Tap and Ballet.

Whilst at college Michelle gained a high standard of training in Street Dance which helped work towards becoming a Cheerleader/Street Dancer (Cody's Cat) for Everton Tiger basketball team which resulted in being part of many major events such as the British Basketball League Cup Final, World Fire Fighter Games, Great Britain Basketball Final, British International Supercross Championships plus many more. During College Michelle also auditioned and took part in the Danny Morris Tour 'System Overload' (ex band member of Eton Road).

During Michelle's last year of college she took a teaching job and then after leaving college michelle pursued her teaching through taking up after school clubs at various primary schools in the Wigan Borough. By gaining her experience in teaching and spending alot of time with young children this inspired michelle to start up her own dance school which has now been open for two years.
